System Overview

  1. 1 Floats
    The float is a buoyant body that rests above the water and also acts as a solar panel installation base. It also includes components for the fixing of mooring cables.
  2. 2 Upright Stands
    When mounted to the float, this acts as a base component that produces an angle of inclination for the solar panels.
  3. 3 Bridges
    The bridge is a component that connects floats to one another and serves as a foothold during construction and maintenance.
  4. 4 Binding Bands
    The binding band fixes floats together. Two varieties are available to match the wind pressure load.
  5. 5 Anchor Bolts
    These bolts anchor the solar panel brackets to the floats.
  6. 6 Solar Panel Brackets
    The fixing brackets are fixed with float bolts and act as a support fitting to fix the solar panels in place.

Materials that are lightweight, sturdy and resilient against UV light are used.
As the floats are filled with polystyrene foam they will not lose their
buoyance even if punctured, offering peace of mind for long-term usage.

Increase power generation efficiency using the cooler environment above the water
The floats underneath the solar panels have wide openings at their center to promote a cooling effect, with the aim of improving the power generating efficiency of the panels.
High durability
As high-density polyethylene (HDPE) which is resilient against UV light is used, the product does not degrade easily and can be used with peace of mind on a long-term basis.

Please perform periodic inspections around once a year. Check for damage or looseness in the floats, the binding bangs that join floats together, and the solar panel fixing fittings that fix the floats and solar panels together.

In one day, four people can assemble the float system and install the solar panels for around 20-kW (around 80 solar panels).

Under regular usage, the system should last for around 20 years without issue.
When should electrical wiring work be performed?
When the solar panels are mounted on land or in a work yard, connect the wiring between panels. Overall wiring is performed once the floating system has been set up on the water.
What is the maximum number of panels that can be connected together?
The number varies depending on various conditions at the installation location. When provided with specifics about the installation location and other variables, we can propose an installation plan.
